We started this after his father and I divorced and the hassle of making sure he got to both parents and both sets of grandparents houses for the holiday got out of control. Now, it's a relaxing evening of dinner at a nice restaurant and time spent together. He's an adult with a family of his own and we still celebrate in this way. My son and I celebrated our 20th Christmas Adam last night.
